Ethos is seeking an experienced finance director to join its AI-focused network on a remote, flexible engagement. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting, creating AI-generated presentations and slide decks for monthly business reviews and board materials.

This part-time role offers 5–20 hours weekly with ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 5+ years FP&A experience, deep variance storytelling, and expert PowerPoint skills to craft professional, high-impact exhibits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for executive audiences.
• Prepare monthly business review decks, budget/forecast presentations, and board finance packages.
• Develop long-range plan decks and KPI dashboard slides with high attention to detail.
