Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior FP&A manager to help train AI language models on professional presentation tasks. You’ll own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting, creating compelling decks for monthly business reviews, variance analyses, and board packages.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start. Candidates should have 5+ years in FP&A, expert PowerPoint skills, and a proven ability to tell strong financial stories with precision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Prepare monthly business review decks and KPI slides.
• Support board finance packages and long-range plan decks.
