Job summary

Jobgether in Spain seeks a Senior FP&A Expert to design realistic FP&A tasks and business scenarios for an AI evaluation project. You will build comprehensive financial models in Excel, review AI-generated outputs, and establish clear evaluation criteria.

The role is fully remote, project-based, and offers flexible hours. Requirements include 5+ years in FP&A or related, advanced Excel and modelling skills, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strong English writing.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of FP&A, corporate finance or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and transparent, well-documented financial models.
• Experience managing budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis and investments.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, liquidity and debt covenants.
• Ability to build scenario-based models and assess impact of assumptions.
• Excellent written English; high attention to detail and structured evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic FP&A tasks and business scenarios reflecting complex planning and decision-making.
• Develop financial models and reference solutions with transparent formulas and documented assumptions.
• Create exercises covering budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, headcount planning, and investments.
• Build integrated analyses of income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, working capital and liquidity.
• Evaluate AI-generated models for accuracy, consistency and business relevance.
• Identify material errors, unsupported assumptions and inconsistencies in models.
