The position supports collaboration with finance specialists and independent, deadline-driven work. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance, fluency in Spanish, and familiarity with Spanish accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate finance, banking, investment, or audit.
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish financial practice (PGC / IFRS, CNMV regulation, Spanish tax filings).

• Develop comprehensive workspaces and files to simulate real-world finance tasks in Spain.
• Write detailed prompts and create grading rubrics for evaluating AI agents in finance.
• Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in finance to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and relevance in training data.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Type: Contract

Compensation: $65/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19

Commitment: 21 hours/week
