Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and familiarity with financial software (Hyperion, SAP BPC).
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Capable of independent work and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts with explanations.
• Prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with department heads to collect financial information.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
