Job summary

Agoda is seeking an experienced Data Analyst Leader for its Performance Marketing team in Barcelona. You will define strategy for Flights, drive cross-channel growth (CRM, paid) and translate complex data into actionable insights to inform decisions.

You will conduct end-to-end analyses of large datasets, design experiments, and collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and supply teams to uncover opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analyst projects or related big data work.
• Bachelor's degree as specified in education.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with BI tools and data warehouse concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategy for Flights vertical (excluding pricing).
• Lead development, execution, and optimization of Growth across channels (CRM, Paid).
• Perform end-to-end analyses of large datasets to uncover insights on channel performance, user behavior and market trends.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (A/B tests), and build analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and flights supply to identify opportunities from data.
• Monitor and report on business initiatives, providing actionable recommendations.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring.
