Job summary

Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a senior Data Analyst for the Flights marketing vertical in Barcelona. You will shape marketing strategy, lead cross-channel analytics, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

The role targets 5–7 years of data analytics experience, with strong SQL/Tableau usage and excellent stakeholder communication. A data-driven, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience as Data Analyst or in large data projects.
• Proficient with BI tools and data warehouses (SQL, Tableau, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set Marketing strategy for Flights verticals (outside of pricing).
• Lead development, execution, and optimization of flights marketing across channels.
• Analyze large, complex datasets on channel performance, user behavior, and market trends to generate insights.
• Design hypotheses and experiments (A/B tests) and build analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply to identify opportunities and interpret trends.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
