Job summary

Bolt is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist in Madrid to lead fleet initiatives for Bolt Rides. You will own the car branding strategy, oversee investment decisions, offers, lead generation, negotiations, deal closing, churn prevention, and forecasting to fuel growth across cities.

You will manage fleets and driver relationships, analyze performance data, and drive scaling through AI-assisted processes while collaborating with Central Operations, Growth Analytics, Legal and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in an analytical, commercial, operational, strategy, consulting, or project‑leadership role.
• Confidence in engaging customers and partners, pitching ideas, negotiating terms, and closing agreements.
• Commercial and strategic thinking using market insights to align with business goals.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; BI tools are a plus; comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Proactive decision-maker who adapts quickly to changing circumstances.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; able to present to senior stakeholders; Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the car branding strategy across Spain, including city roll‑outs and forecasting.
• Manage relationships with fleets and drivers as the main point of contact; resolve operational issues.
• Analyze fleet, city, cohort, and market performance; provide insights for reviews and decisions.
• Own P&L for a cluster of cities, including forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Develop, negotiate, launch and monitor fleet and driver incentive programs.
• Lead a small operations team and cross‑functional projects; drive process improvements and AI‑driven automation.
