Job summary

Bolt is hiring a Senior Operations Specialist to own the Spain marketplace within the Rides & Marketplace domain, overseeing supply, demand, pricing and interventions to improve conversion, GMV and margins.

You will work with City Owners, Fleet & Vehicles, Growth, Marketing and Product, using AI tools to automate workflows and guide strategic city-level plans. This role combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in analytical/commercial/project-leadership roles.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, margins, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own Spanish marketplace end-to-end; monitor supply/demand and act on imbalances.
• Lead city-level analyses and dashboards to diagnose issues across supply, demand, pricing and conversion.
• Collaborate with HQ analysts to benchmark market health and maintain dashboards for key metrics.
