Aufinity Group | bezahl.de is looking for a (Senior) Customer Success Manager for Spain. This role involves managing senior stakeholders and overseeing the project rollout of an innovative payment platform across major car dealership groups in Italy. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a background in FinTech, and fluent Italian and English.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital multi-project management.
• Proven track record of complex software implementations.
• Ability to navigate and negotiate at C-level.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary liaison for Italian customer portfolio.
• Drive implementation of payment process platform.
• Identify and resolve onboarding bottlenecks.
• Lead training sessions for product adoption.
• Upgrade clients to advanced feature sets.
• Translate customer feedback into project requirements.
