workfully in Madrid is hiring a Customer Support Consultant to serve professional clients in fintech, combining customer service with product knowledge. This hybrid role offers hands-on client interaction with banks and asset managers.

You will deliver training, demos, and webinars, work with Sales and Customer Success, and test new features. Fluency in German and English is required, and a degree in finance/economics/IT is preferred but not essential.

Formación

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Degree or qualification in Finance, Economics, IT, or related field preferred.
• Interest in financial markets; fintech experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver customer support and user training via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Be first point of contact and operational key account for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support the client experience.
• Test and validate new product features and share insights with the product team.
• Deliver product demos, presentations, and webinars for new and existing clients.
• Contribute to internal projects improving processes and customer satisfaction.
