The role focuses on establishing and strengthening the Financial Risk governance framework across Spanish entities, coordinating risk reporting, and guiding LE risk strategies.

• Extensive experience leading financial risk management in large organizations.
• Proven ability to establish second line of defense and risk governance.
• Strong communication with regulators, audits, and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in RAF refresh and align ILE metrics with Enterprise.
• Provide financial risk challenge to LE projects and forums.
• Understand LE financial risk profile through data aggregation.
• Main contact for Financial Risk for LE regulator, Audit and ILE Leadership.
• ILE board representation for Financial Risk where required.
• Own ILE Financial Risk policies and frameworks.
• Influence Enterprise Financial Risk programs for ILE needs.
• Advise business on applicability and execution of Financial Risk frameworks.
• Coordinate with enterprise Risk Lead on 2nd Line testing and reporting.
• Ensure communication of risks between ILE and Enterprise.
• Support the ILE Chief Risk Officer in risk governance oversight.
