Starr Insurance Companies in Spain seeks a Risk Analyst to support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across Europe. You will identify, assess, monitor, and report risks, ensuring alignment with Solvency II, regulatory expectations, and the Risk Appetite Framework, as part of the Second Line of Defence.

You will coordinate risk and control assessments, assist with ORSA, KRIs, and risk reporting to senior management and boards, and contribute to risk policy development while promoting

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• 3-5 years' experience in risk management, insurance, or governance/controls.
• Experience with ORSA processes and Solvency II knowledge.
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), including risk assessments, stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Risk Appetite metrics and elevate material breaches, emerging risks or adverse trends.
• Prepare risk reports for Senior Management, Boards and Board Committees, ensuring reporting is clear and focused on key risk exposures.
• Coordinate risk assessments and RCSA reviews across business functions and provide independent challenge.
