Munich Re's LH1 Madrid hub is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to strengthen Actuarial Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management capabilities in Spain. You will partner with LH1 MAD colleagues, central Munich Re teams, and regional offices to deliver risk reviews, reporting, and governance across Life and Health protections and reinsurance.

The role requires a graduate actuary with extensive risk experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and fluency in English (Spanish helpful).

Formación

• University degree or equivalent; qualified actuary status preferred.
• Experience in Actuarial Risk Management for Life, Health or Reinsurance.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Review large, complex transactions for risk dimensions (financial, operational, legal, reputational).
• Deliver risk reporting and governance activities across LH1 MAD.
• Support business with risk strategy and partner with teams on initiatives.
