MERMEC is seeking a Service Account Engineer and Field Operations Coordinator to assure project delivery and KPIs across Spain. The role combines hands-on leadership in a start-up setup with coordinating technicians and subcontractors, planning work and prioritising resources.

You will collaborate with the Italian team for training and coordination efforts and will be based in Madrid, with night shifts and weekend work as required.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in similar roles in electronics, automotive, railway or oil & gas.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within Spain and based in Madrid.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve targets and meet contract deadlines.
• Coordinate and schedule the team and on-site activities, including logistics.
• Plan and monitor all activities required for contract execution.
• Interact with the Italian team during warranty and commissioning phases.
• Act as the on-site customer point of contact during the project.
• Provide technical advisory support to customers.
• Manage field spare parts and tools through the coordinated team.
• Propose product and process improvements with a 360-degree perspective.
• Support team training and professional development.
• Manage and monitor team performance.
