MERMEC is seeking a Service Account Engineer and Field Operations Coordinator for Spain to drive operational excellence on projects nationwide. The role entails hands-on leadership in a start-up style team, coordinating technicians and subcontractors while ensuring timely contract execution.

Formación

• At least 6 years of experience in electronics, automotive, railway, or oil & gas industries.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the country and be based in Madrid.
• Strong leadership, customer-facing skills, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to acquire in-depth knowledge of MERMEC systems and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule the team and on-site activities, including logistics.
• Plan and monitor all activities required for contract execution.
• Interact with the Italian team during warranty and commissioning phases.
• Act as the on-site customer point of contact for the duration of the project.
• Provide technical advisory support to customers.
• Manage field spare parts and tools through coordinated team members.
• Propose product and process improvements from a 360-degree perspective.
• Support team training and professional development.
• Manage and monitor team performance.
