Geely Auto España is hiring a Technical Support Engineer in Madrid to provide high-quality technical support for dealers and customers. This role involves diagnosing technical incidents, delivering training for dealer technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, over 5 years of experience in technical support, and excellent troubleshooting skills, especially for New Energy vehicles.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical support or customer service.
• Experience with technical training is highly valued.
• Familiarity with HV safety protocols is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents on vehicles.
• Produce clear reports and coordinate teams at repairs.
• Provide support via ticketing application, phone, email, or chat.
• Conduct training for dealer technicians on new vehicle features.
