TSMG Holding in Spain is seeking an experienced Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain, diagnose and repair electric and autonomous fleets used in robotaxi operations across Europe, with base in Barcelona.

This role combines hands‑on repair, EV diagnostics, high‑voltage safety and software updates while collaborating with AV Operations Leads, depot teams and engineers to maximise uptime, safety and deployment readiness in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as an automotive technician, service technician, EV technician, or diagnostic technician.
• Strong experience with automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and technical repair documentation.
• Ability to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related vehicle issues.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on EV platforms, ADAS systems, autonomous driving hardware, and vehicle electronic systems.
• Perform vehicle software updates, configuration changes, and validation checks.
• Support maintenance workflows for high-availability autonomous vehicle fleets operating in shift-based or 24/7 environments.
• Collaborate with operations leads and engineers to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
