Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Technician in Madrid to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicle platforms. You will lead shifts, guide junior technicians, and ensure high standards for safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the field, with EV experience and a strong understanding of high-voltage systems, batteries, and drivetrains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as an automotive technician.
• Experience with electric vehicles or advanced automotive systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EV systems, high-voltage safety, batteries and drivetrains.
• Experience with diagnostics tools, vehicle software systems, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs on electric and autonomous vehicle systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Execute software updates, calibrations and configuration tasks as required.
• Support installation, replacement and testing of hardware and software for autonomous driving systems.
• Act as technical lead during shifts, guiding junior technicians.
