ICF in Brussels is seeking an experienced researcher to conduct comparative research on gender equality and EU policy evaluation, working under a project director.

You will lead multi-country studies, coordinate teams, and contribute to proposals, workshops, and dissemination across EU clients. Fluency in English and another European language is required, with about 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in political science, public policy, gender studies, social anthropology, or related discipline.
• Around 5 years’ work experience in research and evaluation of EU policies and programmes in gender equality and non-discrimination.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research and analytical skills, including NVivo and statistical analysis tools (e.g. SPSS, STATA).
• Exceptional writing skills, including editing, proofreading, and producing high-quality reports for EU clients.
• Excellent oral and written English; fluency in at least one additional European language.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comparative research using both qualitative and quantitative methods under supervision of a project director.
• Assign work packages to project teams and external experts and coordinate their activities.
• Support project teams on methodological aspects, including QA of findings.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and partners, including EU institutions.
• Lead tenders and reports on gender equality and non-discrimination issues for EU clients.
• Collaborate with other project teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide line management support to team members alongside project work.
• Contribute to business strategy and dissemination of findings.
