ICF Next is seeking a Senior Communication Manager to join the Client Relations Department in Spain. You will coordinate multi-channel communication projects for European institutions, serving as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, and ensuring alignment, excellence, and top-tier service across campaign phases.

Key responsibilities include managing 360° campaigns, budget tracking, and leading junior team members, with Fluent English and strong EU affairs knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the development and implementation of 360° communication projects, including online, AV and web production, and event-based components.
• Maintain regular contact with EU clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities, including financial tracking and KPI monitoring.
• Facilitate collaboration across expert teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Guide and oversee junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Ensure sound financial management of projects, including budget planning, monitoring of expenditure, and regular financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control and continuous improvement through lessons learned and workflow optimisation.
• Support tender development and contribute to strategic proposals for new EU contracts.

• Experience in coordinating junior team members
• Financial and procurement awareness in project contexts.
• Fluent English (written and verbal); additional EU languages are a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project or account management within the communication sector.
