ICF Next in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Senior Communication Manager to coordinate and deliver multi-channel campaigns for EU institutions. You will act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality service across all campaign stages.

The role demands strong project management capabilities, deep knowledge of EU affairs, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, guiding junior staff and ensuring financial oversight.

Formación

• Proven experience in managing EU-focused communication projects.
• Strong understanding of 360° communication strategies and tools.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience coordinating junior team members.
• Financial and procurement awareness in project contexts.
• Fluent English (written and verbal); additional EU languages are a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project or account management within the communication sector.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the development and implementation of 360° communication projects, including online, AV and web production, and event-based components.
• Maintain regular contact with EU clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities, including financial tracking and KPI monitoring.
• Facilitate collaboration across expert teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Guide and oversee junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Ensure sound financial management of projects, including budget planning, monitoring of expenditure, and regular financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control and continuous improvement through lessons learned and workflow optimisation.
• Support tender development and contribute to strategic proposals for new EU contracts.
