Magnific is hiring a Commercial Counsel to shape legal foundations for growth. You will draft, review, and negotiate enterprise SaaS contracts and licensing, lead MSAs and DPAs, and manage AI-related vendor agreements across multiple jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of post-qualification experience in tech, strong GDPR/IP knowledge, and fluency in English (Spanish preferred). The role supports a hybrid/remote setup within EU time zones.

Formación

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in tech or SaaS law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, IP rights, and software licensing.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred; ability to work across countries.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise SaaS and subscription contracts.
• Lead enterprise contract negotiations from MSAs to DPAs and orders.
• Manage AI-related licensing and vendor agreements with model providers.
• Streamline contracting processes and approval frameworks with teams.
• Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and internal resources.
• Apply EU and international data protection, AI, and IP regulations.
• Provide practical legal guidance across multiple countries and time zones.
• Scale the Legal function through process improvements and automation.
