Appian, Madrid-based, is seeking a Senior Commercial Operations Specialist to act as an internal consultant and commercial architect for our elite sales organization. You’ll influence contract accuracy, solve complex structuring hurdles, and accelerate transaction cycles to drive growth.

This role requires deep deal desk, contract management, and CPQ experience, plus fluency in English and Spanish. You’ll partner with Finance, Accounting, and Legal to ensure compliant, high-value commercial

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or closely related field.
• 5+ years in deal desk operations, contract management, or commercial sales ops within enterprise software.
• Experience in complex deal structuring and custom contract creation.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and CPQ architectures.
• Analytical problem solving with ability to resolve operational issues under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Structure and process complex enterprise deals, ensuring alignment with pricing, margin, and revenue recognition policies.
• Draft, modify, and finalize complex contract terms for net-new software and add-on expansions.
• Cross-functionally partner with Finance, Accounting, and Legal to review and confirm terms.
• Resolve commercial queries and pricing roadblocks with Sales, Sales Development, and Account Management teams.
• Audit deal compliance against governance frameworks and regulations.
• Enable field sales by supporting bid management, quoting optimization, and custom deal workflows.
