Perk is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Manager to lead a strategic transformation of our Deal Desk, shaping how Sales structures, prices, and closes high-value deals. You will own the team and personally run point on the most complex negotiations, while building a trusted partner to Sales, Finance and Legal.

Formación

• Proven experience leading a Deal Desk in B2B SaaS or similar.
• Experience owning CPQ implementations and pricing governance.
• Track record of driving automation and AI initiatives to reduce manual work.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management with Legal, Finance, and Product.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transformation of Deal Desk operating model and triage processes.
• Own pricing governance and deal structuring for complex, non-standard deals.
• Manage and develop the Deal Desk team and build capability.
• Own CPQ end-to-end and drive improvements to quoting workflows.
• Drive automation and AI pilots to remove manual workflows.
• Protect the business with governance on contracts and terms.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, and Product to unblock deals.
