Job summary

Electronic Arts seeks an senior engineering leader to drive enterprise-scale Perforce SRE/DevOps platforms supporting game development teams globally. You will collaborate with game teams on titles like FC, Apex, Madden, Battlefield, NHL, Skate, and more.

You will report to a Director and lead engineers in automation, tooling, and platform reliability, with a focus on incident response, CI/CD, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing enterprise-level software solutions.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise-scale systems, platforms, automation, or technical operations.
• 5+ years working with SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or production support (CI/CD, reliability).
• 3+ years of Linux, source control, monitoring, scripting, IaC, Ansible, cloud or hybrid infra.
• 3+ years of people management, coaching and career development.
• Experience mapping technical/operational roadmaps over a year.
• B.S. in computer science or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams responsible for Perforce SRE/DevOps engineering, automation, tooling, and platform reliability.
• Mentor engineers across SRE, sprint delivery, Perforce platform support, Linux, Ansible, IaC, monitoring and automation.
• Partner with engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers on requirements, incidents, escalations, and platform improvements.
• Manage the engineering response in #help_perforce and coordinate customer-driven work and follow-up items.
• Lead direct reports through resource allocation, coaching, performance feedback, and career development.
