Revolut Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead software development projects in a fully remote setting. You will guide initiatives from inception to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, apply Agile practices, and communicate with stakeholders across English and Spanish, enabling distributed collaboration and innovation. The role requires at least 5 years of PM experience in software, a degree in CS or related field,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management for software development.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• Ability to work fully remotely with distributed teams.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
