TP ICAP Group is seeking an End User Support Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support across the business in a fast-paced financial services environment. This on-site role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong customer focus, and ownership from issue to resolution.

You will work with Infrastructure, Network, Security, Market Data, and Applications teams, handle incidents in ServiceNow, support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD, SCCM, and conferencing tools, and participate in

Proven experience providing desktop and end-user support within a financial services environment.
Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD, SCCM, and macOS.
Experience supporting market data platforms and audio-visual/conferencing tech.

Responsabilidades

Provide first-class technical support to end users across desktops, laptops, mobile, and peripherals.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and system issues promptly.
Deliver remote and on-site support with minimal business disruption.
Record and manage incidents in ServiceNow with clear updates.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, Market Data and Apps teams.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
