Datadog is seeking a Partner Solution Architect (PSA) to work with our Adoption Services leadership and Partners. You will drive onboarding, enablement, and certification of partner resources, coordinate joint planning, and support partner initiatives from demos to value proofs.

You will advocate for partner needs with Datadog teams and help prioritize features to improve partner adoption and outcomes. Ideal candidates have hands-on IT development/ops experience, a passion for learning, and

Responsabilidades

• Ensure onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning and reviews to align Datadog and Partner technical teams.
• Support Partner technical initiatives such as customer demos and proof of value; partner enablement workshops; provide assessment, advice, and coaching on lead practices.
• Advocate for Partners’ technical concerns with Datadog internal teams and help resolve issues.
• Analyze Partner service offerings and recommend enhancements to drive adoption of Datadog features.
