The English Language Learning Content Development team creates high-quality learning experiences for teachers and learners across print, digital, and hybrid formats. The team partners closely with Product, Content Development, Production, Digital, Assessment, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver content that is pedagogically strong, commercially relevant, and aligned with Pearson standards.
We are looking for a Lead Specialist, Content Developer to join our English Language Learning team. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone with deep expertise in ELL pedagogy and courseware development who can independently lead complex, multi-level and multi-component projects across print, digital, and blended learning experiences.
You will take ownership of content development delivery, working with Project Managers, authors, external suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high pedagogical and quality standards while navigating dependencies, changing requirements, tight timelines, and delivery risks. You will also provide expert direction to others and help shape new ways of working as AI transforms how learning content is developed.
This is a full-time, remote role based in Poland.
