Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Polish-speaking Content Moderator to join an international team in Lisbon, Portugal, to support the safety and quality of a leading global e-commerce platform.

You will review content against guidelines, apply policies, and use local knowledge to make objective decisions, contributing to a safe online environment. The role offers on-site work, a rotating 24/7 schedule, and housing support from day one.

• Use local market knowledge to make informed and objective decisions.
• Stay up to date with relevant e-commerce products, services, and platform standards.
• Identify and upscale issues according to established procedures.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and high-quality online environment.
