The role is fully remote with a globally distributed team, requiring collaboration across continents and strong Java expertise. You will mentor peers and drive architectural clarity across the platform.

Formación

• Strong experience building high-performance databases, search, or distributed systems.
• Proficient in Java and concurrency primitives.
• Familiar with storage, indexing, query engines, and performance optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architectural evolution of core storage engine components to remove indexing bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with a globally distributed team focused on logs and metrics capabilities of Elasticsearch.

• Act as SME and mentor to the engineering organization.
