Busuu, part of Chegg, is expanding its Spanish team and seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to engage with high-potential clients in Spain and beyond. You will conduct meetings booked by SDRs, follow up, and close deals in Spanish-speaking countries, with a focus on growth.

You will coach junior team members and help shape Busuu's value offering, staying ahead of market trends and representing the firm at local trade events.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Extensive B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing €200k+ contracts.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to build a sales pipeline and create qualified opportunities across channels.
• Knowledge of the corporate L&D landscape in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver on business goals
• Accurately forecast deals and manage pipeline
• Build insights on customer needs and align Busuu value offering
• Identify trends in the local corporate language market and monitor the competition
• Represent the firm in local trade fairs, conferences and events
