Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Madrid seeks a Microsoft Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) Lead Software Engineer with 10+ years in a similar role. You will lead technical teams, drive feature delivery on the Dynamics 365 CCaaS platform, and liaise with clients on progress and risks.

Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure is required. The role offers agile environments, DevOps culture, and a hybrid work arrangement with up to 2 days remote per week.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a lead software engineering role.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CCaaS and CRM.
• Proficient in Power Platform and Azure; experience with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
• Experience leading technical teams across multiple squads in Agile settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to software engineers and SDETs across build and support squads.
• Act as technical liaison with clients, communicating progress, risks, and decisions.
• Drive delivery of features, customizations, and enhancements on the Dynamics 365 CCaaS platform.
• Lead troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimization in production.
• Promote DevOps, automation, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD across squads.
• Ensure adherence to design principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
