Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Madrid seeks a Microsoft Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) Lead Software Engineer with 10+ years in a similar role. You will lead technical teams, drive feature delivery on the Dynamics 365 CCaaS platform, and liaise with clients on progress and risks.

Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure is required. The role offers agile environments, DevOps culture, and a hybrid work arrangement with up to 2 days remote per week.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a lead software engineering role.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CCaaS and CRM.
• Proficient in Power Platform and Azure; experience with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
• Experience leading technical teams across multiple squads in Agile settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Software Engineers and SDETs across build and support squads.
• Act as the technical liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and technical decisions.
• Drive the delivery of new features, customizations, and enhancements within the Dynamics 365 CCaaS platform.
• Lead troubleshooting, issue resolution, bug fixes, and performance optimization in production environments.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and security teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Promote DevOps best practices, automation, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines across squads.
• Ensure compliance with design principles, coding standards, and configuration-over-customization best practices.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Years' experience: minimum 10 years in a similar role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center (CCaaS).
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong experience with Power Platform.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and DevOps practices.
• Experience leading technical teams and collaborating across multiple squads.
• Azure knowledge is highly desirable.
• English: Advanced (C1).
• Remote Work: Up to 2 days per week.
