Tata Consultancy Services in Madrid is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer (CCaaS) to design, develop and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service and CCaaS solutions, and build Power Platform apps and integrations.

The role is hybrid with 40% remote work, permanent contract, and a compensation package including flexible benefits and remote-work support.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service / CCaaS solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform, omnichannel services and customer service environments.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications through Azure services, following DevOps, ALM, security, compliance and data governance best practices.
• Strong professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center solutions.
• Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Implement complex case management workflows, routing logic, SLAs and business process automation.
• Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CCaaS and enterprise systems using Azure services.
• Configure and enhance omnichannel capabilities across Chat, Email, Voice, WhatsApp and Webforms.
• Develop chatbot and voice bot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to support CI/CD, ALM and environment promotion strategies.
