You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, CI/CD, and data-driven delivery.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience delivering scalable enterprise Java applications.
• Proven experience in distributed architectures, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using Java technologies.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust architectures with seamless system integration.
• Deliver secure, high-performing, maintainable applications meeting scalability and reliability standards.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from coding to production support.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in software design and QA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
• Improve CI/CD, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
