Tata Consultancy Services in Madrid is seeking a Microsoft Contact Centre as a Services (CcaaS) Platform Engineer to join a dynamic team. You will develop integrations between MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services and the broader cloud ecosystem.

The role covers building Power Platform components, managing Azure Event Grid, and delivering MS Dynamics 365 CRM APIs. Hybrid work, 1 hour lunch, and a permanent contract are offered, along with a flexible compensation plan and onboarding program.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in CCaaS, D365 CRM and Power Platform integrations.
• Experience building and integrating MS Dynamics 365 CRM with Azure services.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance integrations between MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services and broader cloud ecosystem services.
• Develop Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Platform Admin Centre.
• Develop and hand over MS Dynamics 365 CRM custom APIs supporting integration and automation.
• Develop and enhance chatbot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop and enhance voice channel configurations using Azure Communication Services and Event Grid.
