• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or related GTM roles.
• Experience with international, global, or partner sales organizations.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and enablement for international sales teams.
• Adapt programs and messaging for different markets.
• Define partner onboarding, certifications, playbooks, and learning.
• Translate GTM changes into practical seller resources.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to align processes and tools.
