Factorial HR in Barcelona is seeking a Founding Product Designer to help build a brand-new product from day one. You will own end-to-end design from discovery through high-fidelity implementation with engineering, collaborating with PMs, and shaping the design function as the team grows.

This role offers a fast-paced, office-first hybrid work model with opportunities to influence product and business outcomes.

Formación

• Strong experience designing end-to-end product experiences.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into simple, elegant solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Mentor junior designers and help shape design practices.
• Lead discovery, validation, and iteration from concept to ship.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery to high-fidelity implementation with engineering.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces.
• Define goals, plan quarterly roadmaps, and influence product strategy.
• Mentor and grow the design function within the team.
• Conduct customer research sessions and translate insights into design outcomes.
