BVGroup is seeking a Senior Digital Workplace Engineer to design, deliver and support Microsoft 365 based services in a Gibraltar on-site role. You will be the highest escalation point for Digital Workplace services and provide technical leadership to L1/L2 teams.

You will work across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and cloud platforms, ensuring security, reliability and efficiency while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders. Strong automation and documentation skills are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Digital Workplace or IT Operations role at senior/L3 level.
• Hands-on with M365 services, Intune, Entra ID and Defender.
• Experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, patching and vulnerability remediation.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the 3rd-line technical authority for Digital Workplace services and complex incidents.
• Design, implement and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Manage endpoint provisioning, policies and app deployment across devices.
• Administer identity, access management including Entra ID and CA.
• Support virtualization platforms and Azure migrations/modernization.
• Lead automation with PowerShell and Power Platform; document procedures.
• Mentor L1/L2 teams and contribute to knowledge sharing.
