Exoticca is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to own and evolve the website, Exoticca's flagship customer-facing product. You will define vision, strategy and roadmap to balance customer value, commercial objectives and scalability, collaborating with Engineering, UX, Data and Business teams.

You will partner with the CMO to shape the e-commerce experience, drive product discovery, and manage the lifecycle from opportunity to delivery.

Formación

• 8+ years of Product Management experience focusing on customer-facing digital products (eCommerce, TravelTech or Marketplace).
• Proven track record defining product strategy and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset; using data to prioritise, segment, measure, and optimise journeys.
• Commercial mindset connecting product decisions to business outcomes.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with Engineering.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
• Highly autonomous, proactive and accountable.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy, roadmap and business outcomes of the website.
• Define product vision and priorities balancing customer value, business impact, technical complexity and long-term scalability.
• Lead product discovery through customer research, analytics and experimentation.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity identification to delivery and optimisation.
• Partner with Engineering, UX and Business teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive OKRs and product metrics, ensuring teams focus on outcomes over outputs.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, scalability, and product performance.
• Influence senior stakeholders through data and customer insights with structured product thinking.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs and technical constraints clearly to cross‑functional partners.
