Job summary

Roche is seeking a Principal Digital OCM Lead to guide digital and data initiatives across Pharma Technical Operations. You will drive human-centered change, bridging strategy and execution, to minimize disruption while safeguarding quality and enabling long-term adoption across a global network.

You will lead behavioral change programs, partner with PTE leadership, and shape adoption across site leaders, shopfloor operators, and quality teams, including AI-enabled tools and smart factory

Qualifications

• 10+ years driving organizational change management, digital transformation, or business adoption in pharma/healthcare IT.
• Experience in regulated environments with GxP compliance and multi-site rollouts.
• Proven use of behavioral science and change frameworks in large transformations.

Responsibilities

• Embed OCM strategies for large-scale PT transformations across global operations.
• Apply behavioral insights to align mindsets with strategic change and data-driven culture.
• Design, drive and scale change management frameworks for digital initiatives.
• Build change networks with site leaders, process owners and quality teams.
• Conduct readiness assessments and measure adoption velocity with analytics.
• Create learning strategies translating complex data into adoption journeys.
• Define standardized OCM methodologies, blueprints, and training assets.
• Drive AI-assisted tools adoption and shopfloor data models for decision-making.
