Job summary

Roche is seeking a Senior Digital & Data Performance Excellence Lead to drive high-stakes digital transformations across Pharma Technical Operations. You will bridge strategy with hands-on execution, combining analytics and behavioral change to deliver measurable value.

The role sits within the PTE organization and involves scaling digital initiatives globally, while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust governance. Roche emphasizes an inclusive culture and impactful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4+ years leading digital, data, or operational excellence transformations.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical operations, biotech, or regulated sectors.
• Strong grasp of data architecture and AI/ML applications.
• Experience blending Lean/Six Sigma with Agile, SAFe, Design Thinking, and OCM.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital initiatives with executive alignment and hands-on delivery.
• Lead data governance, AI/ML models, and shopfloor automation deployments.
• Use diagnostics and metrics to build compelling business cases and value.
• Partner with OCM to design adoption strategies and governance.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, and regulations.
• Scale pilots to enterprise-wide digital products across networks.
• Coach teams in Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking practices.
• Systematize methodologies and digital blueprints across the network.
