Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital, data, or operational excellence transformations in complex, matrixed environments.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical operations, biotechnology, or regulated industries.
- Strong grasp of data architecture, AI/ML, and shopfloor automation.
- Lean/Six Sigma with Agile/SAFe and Design Thinking experience.
- Proven executive communication and cross‑functional influence.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end digital program scoping, delivery, and value realization.
- Lead data governance, AI/ML, and shopfloor automation initiatives.
- Define and track business value with metrics (yield, cycle time, data integrity).
- Drive adoption via Behavioral Change Management with analytics.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, Data Integrity, and regulations.
- Scale pilots into global, production-scale digital products.
- Coach on Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking across sites.
- Transfer knowledge and methodologies across the network.
