UST España is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will own CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform, and container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong Azure and/or AWS skills, scripting in Python/Bash, and experience with monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana).

What we look for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. This role requires strong expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, cloud platforms, and experience supporting or enabling Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server virtual machines.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security through observability and monitoring tools.
• Implement DevSecOps best practices and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and application-related issues.
• Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Support infrastructure and platform capabilities that enable AI and data-driven solutions.

Mandatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with: Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Proven experience with: Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps and Terraform
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• English B2

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Knowledge of CloudFormation.
• Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure workloads.
• DevSecOps implementation experience.
• Cloud certifications such as Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members.
