Fundraise Up, Inc. is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to own one core platform area end-to-end, either observability or CI/CD. You’ll drive architecture, reliability, and roadmap, and serve as the senior escalation reference for that area across the team.

You’ll mentor others, participate in on-call rotations, and apply AI wherever possible. The role is fully remote with a competitive compensation package and a commitment to scalable, robust systems powering mission-critical fundraising

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Prometheus stack at scale and observability.
• Exposure to log pipelines and modern dashboards (Grafana, Graylog).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins or similar, and artifact management.
• Container registries and image management (Harbor, Nexus).
• Kubernetes administration and Helm-based deployments.
• Scripting for automation (Bash/Python) and on-call incident handling.
• Mentoring engineers and driving design discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Own one core platform area end-to-end: observability or CI/CD, shaping architecture and roadmap.
• Drive initiatives from requirements through production rollout and post‑mortem follow-up.
• Design for reliability and scale across topology and integration points.
• Support developers on on‑prem and Kubernetes deployments; monitor metrics, alerts, and logs.
• Automate repetitive toil and participate in on‑call rotations as senior escalation point.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and lead reviews with a data‑driven approach.
