AiMA Beyond Ai is seeking a Senior DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineer focused on building and operating production infrastructure in Barcelona. You will own cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, platform security, observability and reliability. Expect to collaborate with AI agents while maintaining human accountability for production outcomes.

An on-site, growth-oriented role demanding strong hands-on cloud and IaC skills, with a focus on secure, scalable architectures and incident response.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy and operate Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Manage multiple GCP projects and environments.
• Develop and maintain Terraform infrastructure.
• Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes.
• Manage IAM, secrets and platform permissions.
• Implement secure workload authentication without long-lived credentials.
• Maintain logging, monitoring, alerting and observability.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents.
• Define SLI/SLO-based reliability practices.
• Implement backup and disaster-recovery procedures.
• Design deployment strategies (rolling/blue-green/canary).
• Implement safe rollback procedures.
• Review AI-generated infrastructure changes.
• Create technical documentation and runbooks.
• Continuously improve platform reliability, security and efficiency.
