Leyton is building a new Mainloop Barcelona engineering team in Barcelona. You will be the first DevOps engineer, owning the platform and its delivery stack from day one, with autonomy to shape infrastructure for AI agents across multiple countries.

You will create reproducible environments, automate deployments to a single command, and institute backup, restore, and release processes. This is an on-site, senior role with strong ownership and long-term impact.

Formación

• You have built infrastructure from nothing and maintained it.
• You have run Kubernetes in production and can explain decisions when not the right fit.
• You automate yourself out of the loop and document everything.

Responsabilidades

• Build the platform from code: hosts, networking, ingress, environments, reviews.
• Make deployment self-serve with minimal privileged steps.
• Own secrets management and secure credentials for AI agents.
• Prove backups and run restore drills with evidence.
• Create a robust release path with per-branch previews and rollbacks.
• Keep operations boring and reliable with observability and cost controls.
