MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a Senior AI-First Full-Stack Engineer to lead the creation of an AI-powered workforce platform for healthcare.

You will own the full product surface, collaborating with founders and cross-functional teams, and apply AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining rigorous verification.

This role is based in Barcelona with flexible onsite arrangements to be confirmed.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Ownership of production web applications from frontend through backend and deployment.
• Strong TypeScript experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
• Experience with Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go on the backend.
• Strong SQL knowledge and schema design for complex workflows.
• Experience deploying production apps on AWS or GCP.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants and ability to verify AI-generated code.
• High autonomy and strong product mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, deploy, and operate production web applications end to end.
• Work across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infra, and product workflows.
• Build modern user experiences with TypeScript and React or similar frontend tech.
• Develop backend services using Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, or related languages.
• Design robust SQL schemas for real-time operational workflows.
• Deploy and operate applications in AWS or GCP environments.
• Use AI coding assistants daily while maintaining rigorous review.
• Collaborate with product, design, operations, and customer teams.
• Own technical outcomes from problem definition to production operation; secure systems for healthcare data.
